Account and Epic Games
What happens if I do not verify my email address?
The account stays pending and cannot be used before the email address is verified. Arena66 sends an automatic reminder after 24 hours. If the email address is still not verified after 72 hours, the pending account is deleted automatically.
Why do I have to link Epic Games?
Arena66 uses Epic Account ID from the replay file to award points to the correct user. This is much safer than matching by name.
Do I need to enter my Fortnite name?
No. When Epic is linked, Arena66 uses Epic ID. Platform choice is only used for icon and statistics.
Where do I enter age?
On My Page, enter your date of birth in profile settings. Arena66 calculates age automatically, so it updates after your birthday. On your birthday, a birthday greeting is shown for the full day.
Does PlayStation, Xbox and Switch work?
Yes. As long as your Fortnite account is connected to Epic Games and Epic is linked on Arena66, the system can identify you.
Signup and custom key
How do I sign up?
Log in, open the tournament and click Sign up. You must link Epic Games first.
Where do I find the custom key?
The custom key is sent as a private message under Messages when the host is ready. Fortnite custom keys are case-sensitive, so type it exactly as shown.
Why is the key not shown directly?
For safety, you must click Show custom key and confirm the rules before the key is displayed.
Replay, scoring and Duo
How are results collected?
The host uploads the Fortnite replay file after each round. Arena66 analyzes the replay and builds the scoreboard automatically.
How are eliminations calculated on player profiles and in Hall of Fame?
Career statistics and Hall of Fame use only published, finished events. Solo eliminations belong to the player. Fortnite duo replays store eliminations for the team, so these are shown as duo team eliminations and included in the player profile total.
When do replay files lock?
When the event is finished, hosts and moderators can fix replay mistakes for 10 minutes. After that, replay locks for hosts/moderators, but admins can still replace or delete replay if something must be corrected.
What is the host checklist?
The Event dashboard shows a pre-start checklist. It helps the host verify Epic linking, publishing, signup, replay folder on PC and scoring/rounds. Custom key is not included because it is entered manually when the lobby is ready. When replay is uploaded, Arena66 shows clear status while the file is checked, the scoreboard is analyzed and the leaderboard is built. After import, parser rows, counted rows and stopped rows are shown with reasons.
What does Event status show in the Event dashboard?
Event status shows where the event is in the flow: draft, ready to publish, published, ready to start, live or finished. When the event is finished, Event aftercontrol also shows imported rounds, missing replay, signed-up players without points and stopped rows.
What does the green point number mean?
From round 2, the scoreboard shows how many points the player or team earned in the latest round. It appears as a small green number next to total points.
How does Reload work?
In Reload, eliminations count even if players respawn. Reload Solo and Reload Duo use the same default scoring, with separate placement points and 3 points per elimination.
How does MIX game mode work?
When the host chooses MIX, a game mode must be selected for each round. An event can for example have two Battle Royale rounds and two Reload rounds. Arena66 uses the correct parser format, placement points and elimination points per round. MIX cannot combine Solo and Duo in the same event.
How are Duo teams created?
Arena66 creates the team automatically after the first round. After the first round, the team is locked. If you change teammate, the old team is removed from the scoreboard and the new team starts with 0 points. You can click a duo team in the scoreboard to see stats for that event only, round by round.
What does best rounds count mean?
The host can choose that only a set number of your best rounds count. If four rounds are played and best three count, the lowest round score is removed from your total.
Do eliminations and placement follow the host rules?
Yes. The scoreboard uses elimination points, optional kill cap, placement points and best-rounds rule from the event setup.
Tournaments, leagues and events
What is the difference between tournament and league?
A tournament usually has one start date and a fixed number of rounds. A league can run across several match days with start time and rounds per day.
Where do I see active events?
Active events are shown on the front page. Both tournaments and leagues can appear there when published.
Where do I see finished results?
Latest finished events are shown on the front page, and Archive shows finished events with scoreboard and winners.
What is a private event?
A private event may require a secret signup code or manual approval before you are in. If the event has a code, enter it directly in the signup box on the event page.
My Page, messages and alerts
What is on My Page?
My Page collects Epic linking, platform icon, your signups, drafts you own, player profile, message settings and shortcuts. Approved event hosts also get a host dashboard with active events, drafts and replay status. New users can use the Get started tab to see exactly what to do first.
Why do I get a clear message when signup fails?
Arena66 explains if the event is full, signup is not open, the private code is wrong, esport club membership is required or you are already signed up. That way you do not have to guess what happened.
How do messages work?
Important updates, custom keys and signup information arrive under Messages. New messages are clearly marked in the menu.
How does event chat work?
Signed-up participants get a chat bubble on the event page. It can be minimized, shows a red badge for new messages and blocks profanity, bullying, racism, spam and unwanted links. Hosts, moderators and admins can click a name in chat and mute the user for 1 minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or forever. The chat closes and is deleted automatically one hour after the event is finished.
How do esport clubs work?
The E-Sport Clubs section is intended for Norwegian users and clubs registered through Esportalliansen.no. It shows registered clubs, a registration link and the Stats Portal. A club can be created from My Page if the club name exists in the approved Esportalliansen list. Club leaders can manage logo, banner, colors, information, invitations, membership requests, members, moderators, security log and statistics.
Why does sound not always play?
Browsers can block audio until you have interacted with the site. When sound is allowed, Arena66 plays an alert for new messages while you are on the site.
Can I use Norwegian or English?
Yes. Language choice controls website text, messages and email for automatic Arena66 text where available.
Event holder and support
Where does the host find support?
Event holders and moderators see a support box at the top of the event page. Regular players do not see this box.
What should I write in a support request?
Write which round it is about, what is not working, and what you have already tried. Arena66 includes tournament name and technical information.
Can scoring be changed?
Yes. The host can edit placement points, points per elimination, kill cap and whether only the best rounds count.
Where can hosts see why someone did not get points?
When the event is finished, a completion report is shown to hosts, moderators and admins on the event page. The host also receives the report in Messages. The report shows top results, replay rounds, signed-up players without points, rows that did not count and teams invalidated by teammate changes.
How do I become an event host?
Connect Epic Games on My Page first. Then open the Event host tab, apply for the role and answer questions about Epic partner/custom games, PC and experience. An admin must approve the application before you can create events.
Can everyone create events?
No. Only approved event hosts and admins can create tournaments and leagues. Players do not need to think about creation, replay or admin tools.
Can I host an event from PlayStation or Xbox?
No. Events can only be created and run by PC players. Arena66 needs the replay file from the event holder after the rounds. Fortnite has replay support on PlayStation and Xbox, but Epic does not let console users export or upload the actual replay files outside the game.
Why must the event holder use PC?
Because the event holder must access the replay file and upload it to Arena66. Console users can watch replay inside Fortnite, but cannot access the file Arena66 needs for scoreboard and results.
What does System status show in admin panel?
System status gives admins a quick overview of server, email, pending users, open reports, latest replay, daily forum search and latest backup. Email log shows recent email attempts with masked recipient, status and any error. In the Users tab, admins can search by email from the contact form, Epic Games name or username, send a password reset email and change password manually.
How do I find my replay files in Fortnite?
Start Fortnite and go to the Career tab in the main menu. Click Replays in the lower-right corner. Click Open Replay Folder. File Explorer opens automatically in the folder where your .replay files are stored.
Can I save as draft?
Yes. Drafts are clearly shown on My Page for the event holder and are not visible to others until published. When ready, open the Event dashboard and click PUBLISH at the top beside the DELETE button. Arena66 checks required fields before publishing and tells you what must be fixed if something is missing.
Can I add logo, banner and sponsor logos?
Yes. Hosts can upload logo, banner and sponsor logos. Logo and banner can be dragged into place inside the frame, and size can be adjusted by dragging corners/sides.
Can I customize event and club page colors?
Yes. Event holders and moderators can change background color, heading color and subtext color for their own event. Club leaders, club moderators and admins can change background color, heading color and text color on club pages.
How does the free text editor work?
You can write rules and information with bold, underline, bullet lists, font size and images. Images can be inserted directly, moved in the text and resized by dragging the corner.
Can I add a Discord server?
Yes. If the event has a Discord server, you can add an invite link. Participants get a clear button on the event page.
How does sharing and Google visibility work?
Public Arena66 pages get title, description, image, canonical link and structured data. Events, news, players, clubs, Help and Archive become easier for Google and social media to understand. Events also have a compact Share button that copies the event link. Arena66 has SEO pages for Fortnite tournaments, leagues, custom games, custom keys, LAN events and free Fortnite events.
Does the event holder need to sign up if they play?
Yes. If the event holder also plays and wants points, they must sign up for their own event.
Who needs replay files?
Only the event holder or moderator needs to upload replay files. Participants only need to play the rounds and follow the information they receive.
